Why hasn't my order shipped yet?

There is a process time of 1 - 8 business days.

Why did I only receive a part of my order?

Don't worry the rest is on its way. Most of the packages will arrive in separate packaging and on different dates. This is because your order is shipped directly from our vendor.

How do I place an order?

Ordering is very easy!

When viewing an item, simply select your size and quantity needed and then click ‘Add to Cart’. You can review the items in your cart at any time by clicking on the ‘My Cart’ icon in the top right corner of every page. Once you have reviewed the items in your shopping cart, you can either continue shopping or continue to checkout and place your order.

My tracking number isn't working, what should I do?

The tracking number takes a few days to work properly. If it still doesn't work just email us and we will send you the status of your order.

To email us go to the page titled CONTACT US. You can also contact your local post office for further details if tracking is not available.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, but only if your order hasn't been shipped. Also, you can only receive a discount with the amount you spent for your next order. 

What type of payments do you accept? 

We accept all major credit cards and paypal.

Can I return an item that was on sale?

There are no returns, exchanges or refunds available on any items. Please refer to our Return Policy page in the footer below.

Why was a part of my order canceled?

If you tried to use two promotional deals in one order, we will cancel one of them. We only accept one promotional deal per order.
